YOUR ONGOING AI PARTNER

AI is an ongoing practice.
Let’s manage it that way.

Your AI needs an owner after the demo. We look after the agreed systems, help your team, and keep a clear view of what should improve next.

WHAT ONGOING CARE MEANS

Attention where
it makes a difference.

Every engagement has a defined scope. These are the activities we use to keep your AI useful and accountable.

01

Observe

Review workflow runs, reported issues, and available usage data. Give exceptions a clear owner.

02

Maintain

Update prompts, knowledge connections, and integration logic. Test provider changes before rolling them out.

03

Support

Give employees a path for questions about managed AI solutions and the workflows they use.

04

Evaluate

Check representative outputs and review recurring errors against the criteria agreed with your team.

05

Optimize

Review consumption, model choices, and workflow design for practical opportunities to improve.

06

Plan

Translate feedback into a prioritized list of changes, with business owners deciding what comes next.

FIND YOUR LEVEL OF PARTNERSHIP

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A shared scope.
Fewer surprises.

You should know who owns what, what happens when something fails, and how a new request gets handled.

  • The AI systems and integrations we manage
  • Your business owner and our service responsibilities
  • Monitoring coverage and support response targets
  • Approval rules, escalation paths, and change processes
  • Initial setup, recurring fees, and separate usage costs
  • Review cadence, reporting, and handover arrangements

BEFORE YOUR FIRST CALL

Let’s make
the details clear.

Can you manage AI we already have?

Yes, subject to an initial review. We assess your tools, connections, documentation, and current issues, then agree on what we can take responsibility for and what needs to be addressed first.

Does this replace our IT provider?

Your IT provider remains responsible for your core technology. JaxAI focuses on the assistants, AI workflows, knowledge connections, quality checks, and adoption work in your AI service scope. We coordinate with your IT team where a connection or access change is needed.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is scoped around your AI systems, integrations, support needs, and improvement work. We separate initial setup, recurring management, and third-party usage costs in the proposal so you know what you are committing to.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

Support hours, monitoring coverage, and response targets are agreed in your proposal. We do not assume round-the-clock coverage for every plan. We will discuss your operating needs before recommending a scope.

What if we decide to move on?

Your agreement sets out cancellation and handover terms. We plan for documentation, access, and the transfer of managed configurations so responsibilities are clear from the start.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

Give your AI a team
that stays with it.

Bring us the tools you already use—or a process you want to improve. We’ll help define the next step.
